Educating one another and the community is the main reason Stray Houston was created. Experience isn't needed to join and learn more about any and everything related to animal welfare and care.
Stray Houston is a blog and community that focuses on providing a voice for a career that is greatly overlooked: Animal Welfare. My goal is to build a community of animal welfare professionals and advocates that focuses on educating others. I want members to be able to discuss animal related topics that need to be discussed without prejudice or judgement. Whether professionals are from Houston, Texas or Sydney, Australia, there is a place here for them.
